Favorite breakfast: an apple and lots of coffee

Favorite fruit/veggie: figs / hijiki (sea veggie!)

Favorite sweet: dagoba's lavender blueberry dark chocolate, or soy green tea ice cream

Favorite source of protein: chickpeas, in any form. especially hummus or falafel.

Favorite carb: brown rice. preferably with white miso.

Favorite fat: almond butter, although i'm not a "fat fan". (hahaha)

Favorite "diet" food: cucumbers!

Favorite drink: black coffee

Favorite overall food: steamed green veggies, brown rice, and tofu.

Food you hate most: HALVAH. i had a sickening experience with the aforementioned horrendous dessert in combination with a lovely stomach bug last summer. now i can't go near it. honourable mention: tofurkey.

Favorite breakfast: i love my oatmeal but if i'm being honest - chipotle grits

Favorite fruit/veggie: so many but clementines and asparagus are tops

Favorite sweet: banana or pumpkin bread

Favorite source of protein: lentils or salmon sashimi

Favorite carb: warm crusty ciabatta bread

Favorite fat: avocados or olive oil

Favorite "diet" food: i don't "diet" but just try to eat yummy food that does my body good

Favorite overall food: fish tacos!

Food you hate most: i'm not overly picky but really can't stand most processed foods or creamy sauces (except for that gnocchi with cream sauce and truffles i had a couple weeks ago but that soooo does not count!:)

Favorite sweet: Not a big sweet-tooth but I do love bitter dark chocolate with a very high percentage of cocoa solids

Food you hate most: Olives. Man they're gross. Or anything very processed or with lots of E-numbers.

I'm going to answer before diet and then my current healthier favorites:

Favorite breakfast: then:sausage mcgriddle and choc milk/ now:kashi bar and black coffee

Favorite fruit/veggie: none really unless fried or covered in choc/red peppers and apples

Favorite sweet: chocolate/still chocolate- but a lower fat choice-peppermint pattie

Favorite source of protein: steak/ chicken or fish

Favorite carb: brownies/ really good high fiber bread

Favorite fat: butter/ nuts in moderation

Favorite "diet" food: none/ kashi stuff

Favorite drink: ovaltine and 2%milk/ ovaltine and skim milk

Favorite overall food: potato soup/ english mufin with turkey and nonfat cream cheese

Food you hate most: now---everything i used to love and can't eat!!!!

Favorite fruit/veggie: Fruit - Watermelon/Fiji apples/Strawberries Veggie - Sweet onions/Broccoli/tomato/cucumber/red and green peppers

Favorite sweet: chocolate fudgsicles...I'm such a little kid at heart!

Favorite source of protein: any type of fish or seafood

Favorite carb: probably brown rice

Favorite fat: Extra virgin olive oil

Favorite "diet" food: some of the many 100 calorie packs, i know they aren't that great for you but they work when i'm craving something sweet or salty!

Favorite drink: i'm a big water drinker but i do drink diet wild cherry or lime pepsi occasionally when i need something with a little flavor

Favorite overall food: i love a good salad with lots of fresh veggies various beans and maybe some grilled chicken thrown on top...yummy!

Food you hate most: fast food, i couldn't even eat it if i wanted too, all the grease makes me sick!
