Favorite breakfast:  daily breakfast - heritage flakes with almond milk. favourite? french toast!!

Favorite fruit/veggie: oranges

Favorite sweet: milk chocolate

Favorite source of protein: salmon

Favorite carb: whole grain bread

Favorite fat: olive oil

Favorite "diet" food: none... don't do diet foods 

Favorite drink: water, or chai tea

Favorite overall food: right now, indian... yummy curry... oh yeah, and sushi

Food you hate most: not much that I hate. I hate that I love sweets and treats so much... ha ha

Ok- this would be if i was not counting calories:

Favorite breakfast: cereal, the sugary kind... i could literally eat 5 bowls.

Favorite fruit/veggie: apples/broccoli

Favorite sweet: hard to choose just one! i have such a sweet tooth.. probably some sort of fruit pie though

Favorite breakfast: greek yogurt and fiber one cereal..i love cereal

Favorite fruit/veggie: blueberries..and veggie..gosh, hard to choose..either asparagus or artichoke

Favorite sweet: cheesecake

Favorite source of protein: nuts

Favorite carb: tortilla chips!  or pita chips..no bread..this is hard!

Favorite fat: any cheese

Favorite "diet" food: salsa

Favorite drink: red wine or champagne

Favorite overall food: if calories meant nothing...pizza or burger and fries

Food you hate most: chinese food... and im asian!  hahaha

Favorite breakfast: Banana bread french toast or cereal with blueberries (oatmeal, rice krispies, grape nuts, plain cheerios...)

Favorite fruit/veggie: Blueberries, tomatoes, baby peas.

Favorite sweet: strawberry milkshake or my boyfriend's mother's baklava.

Favorite source of protein: meatballs or ham.

Favorite carb: all of them! Bagels, pasta, pancakes, crackers (and cheese)... all foods I have a very hard time controlling myself around.

Favorite fat: cheese. expensive, ridiculous, strong cheese. (particularly anything blue)

Favorite "diet" food: I don't really do those. Do Thomas' Light English Muffins count?

Favorite drink: water, tea, iced coffee no sugar.

Favorite overall food: any combination of cheese + tomato + carbs.

Food you hate most: seafood. particularly shrimp and crab cakes.

Favorite fruit/veggie: Bananas/MUSHROOMS!!!

Favorite sweet: Mmm.. apple butter or honey. (Obviously. :P)

Food you hate most: Steak.. especially when it's over-cooked and it's tough as leather. Ew.

Favorite breakfast: Honey comb cereal with soy milk. Heavenly! I always look forward to breakfast ;o)

Favorite fruit/veggie: Fruit=apples (I would eat 3+ per day if they weren't so expensive now, hah), veggie=bean sprouts.

Favorite sweet: It's so hard to pick just one...But I'll go with sugar cookies with sprinkles mixed in the dough, mm mm~

Favorite source of protein: Garbanzo beans! Chicken is a close second.

Favorite carb: After much deliberation, I'll go with cream of wheat.

Favorite fat: Peanut butter. I could just sit and eat spoonfulls of the stuff. ok, I HAVE done that, but I don't anymore.

Favorite "diet" food: Healthy Choice "tuscany chicken." Yum!

Favorite drink: Horchata.

Favorite overall food: Apples. Pink ladies to be precise.

Food you hate most: I don't like laying down the hate; in fact I will gladly -try- any food...But that doesn't mean I always like everything. Top most-unappreciated contenders are mayo, fruitcake, large chunks of onion (hate the unexpected crunch), and...plums (just the skin though).

Favorite "diet" food: I am on a weight gain diet! So anything really (I really like Luna and Clif bars, I eat them to boost calories at the end of the day)

Food you hate most: Mushrooms! Bananas! Regular Yogurt! I am kinda picky

Favorite fruit/veggie: Banana's, Pineapples, Blueberries, Grapes, Raspberries, and pears. Steamed broccoli, Streamed greenbeans, potatos, black beans, corn, and greenpeas.

Favorite carb: baked potato, bread, spaghetti, and bagels.

Favorite fat: nuts, breads, cereals, and plain pasta.

Favorite "diet" food: Fit&Active pasta.

Favorite drink: Chocolate milk.

Favorite overall food: whole grain pasta.

Food you hate most: deviled eggs, plain spinach, raw carrots, plain raisins, plain cheese[dont eat cheese really anyway], cantalope, watermelon, honeydew, and probably alot more! x )

For me, this changes daily. O_o

Favorite breakfast: whole wheat flakes cereal with peanut butter, milk, and sesame seeds

Favorite fruit/veggie: apples or peaches or blueberries/mushrooms or sweet potatoes or baby spinach

Favorite sweet: a dutch mocha tart from a bakery downtown.

Favorite source of protein: tofu or seafood

Favorite carb: crumpets.

Favorite fat: peanut or cashew butter

Favorite "diet" food: Luna Bars, if they are. Other then that, I avoid diet food

Favorite drink: water or green tea

Favorite overall food: Kitsune Soba. So delicious.

Food you hate most: Store-made/pre-packaged cakes or cookies. Like Joe Luis or something. They taste so fake to me.

Favorite breakfast: Waffles slightly with maple syrup and blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream

Favorite fruit/veggie: cherries or apples or yams or pumpkin

Favorite sweet: Very bittersweet chocolate

Favorite source of protein: Poke or raw salmon

Favorite carb: Muffins!  Any baked good that's not cake, really.
