Favorite sweet: CHOCOLATE! The darker the better. Absolute favourite is 95% nero morbido from Muzzi (Italian)

Favorite "diet" food: A salmon salad with glass noodles, radishes, rocket and an italian vinaigrette.

Food you hate most:Liver, brass or anything like that.

Favorite breakfast: Granola/crunchy cereal with yogurt and a fruit on the side

Food you hate most: Cantaloupe and honeydew.  EWK.  But I love watermelon.


Favorite breakfast: oatmeal with a banana mashed in, some slices on the top, along with some fresh blueberries and nuts, with a spoon of almond butter to eat with and a glass of skim milk on the side

Food you hate most: I despise cooked spinach. Raw baby spinach is fine, but cooked? Blechhh

Favorite "diet" food: I just discovered Pure Protein shakes by Worldwide.  Frosty chocolate tastes just like chocolate milk.  35 grams of protein.  35!!!!! (almost put this in the favorite protein category, but this category was here)  And 100% DV of calcium.

Favorite drink:  Cabernet Sauvignon if we're talking "drink" drink.  Otherwise, tap water, please.  If I'm feeling wild I'll throw some Crystal Light lemonade mix in there.

Favorite overall food: BLTs will always be my favorite, even if I don't get to eat them very often.

Food you hate most:  Anything with cilantro.  (Evil weed!)
