Favorite breakfast: Muesli with dried berries/cherries and raw almonds, mixed with cottage cheese and topped with orange marmalade. Plus some sliced fruit or baby carrots, and juice. Or for warm brekkie, oatbran with banana, figs, almonds and honey.

Favorite fruit/veggie: hmm. strawberries/melon/pineapple/apple for the fruit. veggie is either broccoli, zucchini, peppers, or cucumber.

Favorite sweet: hm. I don't really eat typical sweets. My favorite is either a clif nectar cacao bar, Fage 2% with dried fruit, flaked coconut and honey, or vanilla yogurt with chocolate chips and dried cherries.

Favorite source of protein: its a toss-up between greek yogurt, nut products,cottage cheese and beans.

Favorite carb: oatmeal/museli/granola.

Favorite fat: Nuts/nut butters/seeds, avocado, chocolate or coconut

Favorite "diet" food: diet cherry soda

Favorite overall food: Honestly? I have no idea. I suppose if I had to eat one thing the rest of my life, it would be hot cereal or granola.

Food you hate most: oh lord. Mayonnaise or anything with mayonnaise in it. Also rice, corn, and peas.

Favorite breakfast: raisins, strawb yoghurt, dried banna chips + dried apricots all mixed up.
