Favorite breakfast: bacon, eggs, grits (butter, salt, pepper), toast & jam

Favorite fruit/veggie: blueberries, peaches/eggplant, beets, spinach

Favorite sweet: chocolate, dark or with nuts

Favorite source of protein: pork, beef steak, salmon steak

Favorite carb: chocolate cake w/ chocolate icing

Favorite "diet" food: n/a (water? brocolli?)

Favorite breakfast: French Toast with real maple syrup and bacon! but I usually eat light yogurt and a 100 cal. muffin

Favorite "diet" food: Reduced fat/skim dairy products. I will gladly give up full fat dairy any day. Better yet, replace with vegetable-based products (soymilk!)

Favorite drink: Espresso on ice, little bit of soymilk

Favorite overall food: At the moment, a mixed salad with whatever I'm craving. Lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, sesame seeds, vinaigrette, and a hard boiled egg cut into quarters perhaps...

Food you hate most: Hate is a strong word. I don't like raw red onions... I also don't eat meat so I don't like that either, ha.

Favorite "diet" food: only diet product I but is diet coke 

Favorite drink: black tea with milk and water at room temp

Favorite overall food: cheese: good cheddar (white and strong), wensledale, brie, proper parmesan (not dried crap), soft cheese with garlic, the whole damn lot really!
