what foods do you eat daily?
everyone has staples for their diets
mine are:
whole grain pita pockets
egg beaters
grapefruits
coffee
bagged salad
mustard, i know weird
baby carrots
what about you guys?
YOGURT!!
Bananas, Oranges or Grapes (usually one or two a day)
Some sort of snack bar. Usually Kellogs Cereal bar, slim fast muffin bar, or South Beach Diet snack bars.

Parmesan Cheese
Pasta (trying to work in wheat or fiber enriched pastas though
FISH!!! Cod, Salmon, Tilapia Steaks from Walmart :)
Weight Watchers Chocolate Cookie Dough Sundae - 200 Calories (Every OTHER Day)

I think I pretty much vary the rest of my food but I do eat some form of tofu everyday.

and uhhhh oh go lean waffles!!! theyr so freaking yummy with cinnamin

And also at the store, when I want a snack and there's only chip or candy isles, I love to buy the trail mix snacks with nuts and dried fruit.
