foods not found?

Quote  |  Reply

I am brand new to this site.  Just started yesterday.

When I can't find a food I am looking for, what am I suppose to do?  Is there a way to enter a food and it's calorie count (from the package) to put in my own account's database?  It is confusing, and taking up too much of my time just to search for foods on here.  I use to use WW (Weight Watchers) and they had the function I am asking for.  So maybe those who have used WW before know what I am looking for.

Did that make sense?  I hope so.

TIA!

Hello There,

You can add the calories yourself simply by using the 2nd option on your food log. There is a box that says 'add it here' (there is a large # 2 next to it) I hope this helps!
