Lots of water. Boneless skinless chicken. Plain yogurt. Oatmeal/oat bran/steel cut oats. All kinds of vegetables and fruit.

My Body Loving & Healing Foods =

- All Non-Starchy Vegetables Specifically Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Bell Peppers, Onions, Leeks, Asparagus, Spinach, Eggplant, Kale, Garlic, Artichokes

- Healthy Fats Such As Olive Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Hempseed Oil & Macadamia Nut Oil Along with Olives & Sun-Dried Tomatoes Soaked in Olive Oil

- Fish Like Salmon, Sardines, Tuna, Eel, Chilean Sea Bass, Escolar, Sable Fish, Mackerel

- Seaweed Like Nori, Kelp, Arame, etc.

- Grass-fed Red Meats Like Beef, Bison, Elk, Ostrich, Venison, Lamb & Goat

  • Dark chocolate
  • Water
  • Non-Starchy vegetables ; cauliflower, broccoli, peppers
  • Oatmeal
  • Peanut butter
  • Fruit ; banana, apple, tangerine, grapes, ect
  • Whole wheat produts ; bread, bagels, wraps, ect

I thought of a few more:

Ground flax seed. Silk Light soy milk. Eggs/egg whites. Raw nuts/seeds.

bananas, egg whites, and almonds (the 3 of them mixed into oatmeal is my perfect breakfast)

The ones I swear by:

Oats, nuts and seeds (mainly brazils, almonds and sunflower), prunes, oily fish (mackrel and sardines), tomatoes, soya milk, green tea, spinach, apples, broccoli, bananas and lemons!

Without those things I'm a mess.

Hemp hearts, hot peppers, fresh ginger, lentils, lean cuts of pork, almonds, plain yogurt and, of course, lots and lots of garlic. (The hemp hearts provide the omega 3 fatty acids in my diet, since I don't like fish.)
