Very good im going to take this list too the store

Welcome to the group and website! This is the place to get well and healthy. I have eaten more in the short time I've been on this site, than the last 3 years! Great Women Friends as well...It has and is my lifesaver.

Quaker High Fiber Brown Sugar Oatmeal.....I have 2 for breakfast... seperately of course. I get full so easily so I have to just eat every 3 hours, sometimes less if I can..

High Fiber wheat bread and  NATURAL Peanut Butter    The stuff in the store, makes me so naseated and has too many preservatives in it..I splurge and get the Highest protein peanut Butter..

Atkins Peanut Butter Protein bars    Tasty and healthy and high in protein, fiber and calories

Watermelon...Keeps me regular

Peas with butter....healthy and easy to snack on

sweet potatoe with butter

Whatever I want really and whatever agrees with me...

So good luck and if you need a friend...read my profile and journals and maybe we will click....WELCOME! You are in the right place!!
