I was wondering what healthy foods are high in fiber, I need to include more of these into my diet.
I know there are cerials and suppliments out there, but I dont like cerial and I always end up forgetting to take suppliments.

The highest in fiber are the dry beans and lentils (pulses). Fruits have more fiber than most vegetables. Also, whole grains, bran and flaxseed.
Pumpkin!!! I love the stuff and its easy to buy in a can, 1 cup is 7 grams of fiber.  My shopping list is never complete without  Pumpkin and assorted types of canned beans.  Nothing better then a healthy chili.
wow, thanks everyone this is great!
try not to use "instant" foods, like oatmeal and rice. The real thing have more fiber and better nutrients to keep you fuller longer. You could try metamucil too as a supplement. It sounds "old lady like" but it helps me get all my fiber in. You could get some Fbier One Plus Cereal...it tastes pretty good with a little splenda and you'll feel the fiber. lol

I <3 Fiber One, you can always have it as breakfast or a snack, put it on yogurt, or in fruit or you can eat it as a cereal.
Raspberries are my other personal fav.
