I have a very specific bunch of stuff I'm not allowed...except on special occassions. Past experiences have not been pretty.

Honey Wheat Pretzels

Cadbury Chocolate

UTZ Salsitas/Guac Chip

Ben and Jerry's

Cheez-it

Poptarts! the serving size is 1 pastry, but they come in twos, figure that out! Yell

edit: typo! Embarassed

  1. Cookies
  2. Big Carton's of ice cream. Sometimes even pints since I tend to eat the whole thing!
  3. Reese's Pieces or Peanut M&Ms
  4. Big Packages of Trail Mix or Granola
  5. Sugary Boxes of my favorite cereals.
  6. Some boxes of Granola Bars
  7. I also have to be careful with Peanut Butter. I buy it, but I make sure I portion it out...especially the crunchy kind!
  8. Cake

potatoes.

i can eat moderate amounts of chocolate, pizza, ice cream, even chips, but if i have potatoes in my house, they magically turn into poutine, and i magically get fat.

edited to add: ice cream ;)

OMG Krysten, I forgot poptarts. I miss them and their delicious fillings.

Even more of a tease are those whole grain, "I'm KINDA healthy!' ones. :(

Lmao! I know, right?! I usually do eat two. Embarassed Ha Ha. My guy got these Strawberry Danish ones yesterday that he had this morning. And he's like, "One is like only 200 calories you can have at least ONE!" and I'm like "Who the hell only wants to eat ONE poptart?!" Lmao.

Oh and I totally forgot Pizza! Nothing worse then a whole pie of it staring at you!

Yeah really! who can eat just one? They really need to make diet Poptarts already.

Just found out another one...Bagels with Cream Cheese! I just ate two in a row..yikes..I guess I'll be up at my maintenanace again today. (two days in a row. :/)

Anything salty & crunchy....tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers, etc.  Once I get started there's no stopping me!

Diet wouldn't have helped in my house!  I grew up toasting poptarts, and then letting a pat of butter melt on each before eating.  Uh, no wonder I was a bit thick.

Cheez-its

Potato chips

Shredded cheese

Pretzels

Pizza

I'm gonna have to jump on the pop tarts bandwagon. Especially the fudge/ice cream sundae ones that you can freeze... om nom nom.

Boxes of: Trix, Reese's Puffs, Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles and Cocoa Puffs are all things I will eat in 2 days. It's pretty bad. I've given up on cold cereal all together, heh.

Proud of myself though. Boyfriend got me a chocolate filled heart and I only ate one piece so far. Innocent

  • Pints of ice cream
  • Any kind of chips
  • Goldfish crackers
  • Gummi bears/worms
  • Chocolate

This is making me hungry though XD

  1. Any type of carton of icecream (1/2 cup just cant happen)
  2. Fat Free Pringles or Baked Lays
  3. Special K Choc, Fruit n Yog or Cinn Pecan cereals
  4. Eat Smart Veggie Chips
  5. Athenos Hummus
  6. Garlic Pita Chips
  7. Jars of Peanuts

Oatmeal raisin granola bars. "Oh yay, only 90-100 calories apiece!" quickly turns into "So... 1000 for the box?"

Same thing with Special K bars. Thank goodness there're only 6 in a box when I can't control myself. Haha.

Swedish Fish - I don't stand a chance against them.

Custard cream biscuits/chocolate Hobnobs/Bourbon Biscuits (for those in the UK :P)

pretty much any kind of junk food

Peanut Butter!! Luckily (?) my boyfriend is deathly allergic to the stuff so it is an easy excuse not to have it in our house
Baked Goods, especially strudels or cookies
Sugary cereal like Corn Pops, Frosted Flakes
Ice Cream (hence why I haven't bought any frozen ice cream product in over 3 months!)

Doughnuts... it doesn't matter what kind, although I particularly love filled doughnuts.. mmm... creamy goodness!!

Cereal, definitely.

Just last night I ate 3/4 of a box of Kashi GoLean Crunch.  Oh lord, the fiber! My stomach is not too happy with me today.
