Foods that take a long time to eat?
When I'm studying I always eat food sooo fast.
I love to eat grapefruit for a study snack because, in addition to being yummy, it takes me a really long time to eat.
What are some other foods that take a long time to eat? (I don't care if they're messy or not snack food)

I like those gourmet lollipops sometimes because they take forever to eat and are only like 100 calories.

You could always eat using your less dominant hand, or with chop sticks (assuming you're not very good at using chopsticks).
I'm decent at eating with chopsticks, but I've still noticed that it takes me a minute or two longer to finish when I eat with them.
Sandwiches and burritos go the fastest, especially sloppy ones. You eat them quickly because they are always threatening to fall apart. I've seen my boyfriend wolf down a Chipotle burrito in 5 minutes flat because "it was going to fall apart."
Salads always slow me down, at least a little bit, especially if you get the dressing on the side and have to keep dipping your fork.
just cut any fruit or veggys into little little pieces and just take your time eating it, you will enjoy it more.
or almonds take me a long time to eat.
and make it a goal to drink a full bottle of water while you are snacking on something, it will make you full and take away snacking.
anything in bits....eaten one by one.
I used to do the chopstick thing, to lengthen munching time.
I am now A CHOPSTICK NINJA!
