Foods that are low cal that you can eat more of--
So, in order to fill up, what foods do you allow yourself to eat a lot of? I would think that fresh veggies would be at the top of the list. Is there anything else?
when_i_fly_and_look_down: what sort of hummus do you get?
wait are apples really a good food you can eat alot of?
or are they like bananas and high calorie?
I'm a fan of hard-boiled egg sandwiches. Two slices of Healthy Life bread (70 cal) plus one HB egg sliced (70) plus HB egg white sliced (15). Toss a little salt on the eggs, and you're good to go. You could even put a little sugar free jam on the toasted bread if you like.

Apples are very nutritious, but too much of anything, even celery, can turn into a bad thing.
