Now I know that some of these aren't the lowest calorie options available, but I'm making changes that I can live with. I'm looking for more suggestions to widen my choices, so if you have any. Please add onto the list below.

SmartDogs veggie hot dogs - 45 calories apiece and fat free (delicious btw)

Boca Burgers, original vegan - 70 calories apiece

Fat free Pringles - 70 calories for 14 pringles

Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread: 50 calories a slice

Nature's Own hot dog and hamburger buns: 80 calories and tons of fiber

Nature's Path Flax Plus Cereal: 110 calories a serving, packed with fiber and delicious

PB2: an amazing Peanut Butter substitute, all natural, and only 54 calories for 2 tbsp

Quaker Old Fashioned Oats - 150 calories a serving

EDIT: Kraft fat free cheese, 30 calories a slice

Toufayan whole wheat pitas, 70 calories for 1/2.  Perfect for a sandwich.
Precut stir-fry veggies (from the produce section... saves time)

Not 37, but here are a few more:

-Raw cabbage (mostly chopped salad)

-Stir fried scallops

-Tostadas with salsa (50 calories each circle)

-Unsweetened homemade yogurt (2% milk works best)

-Wheat bran (to dilute flour in recipes)

-No sodium added low fat cottage cheese

-Dried apricots

-Any kind of berry, fresh or frozen, unsweetened
not 37 but here are some of mine...

  • quaker oats weight control instant oatmeal- i like the banana bread the best- only 160 calories and really filling!
  • silk light vanilla soy milk
  • fruit- cantelope, strawberries, watermelon, grapefruit, grapes, cherries
  • veggies- broccoli, spinach, celery, baby carrots 
  • Green giant has varities of "medleys" with seasonings, potatoes, and frozen vegetables.. SOO good usually only 40-70 cals per serving
  • rice cakes- esp white cheddar- only 35 cals per cake
  • hummus- roasted eggplant and roasted garlic are my fav- only 40 cal per 2 tablespoons
  • south beach high protein cereal bars- 140 cals per bar- flavors like chocolate, cinnamon raisin, and peanut butter
  • morningstar tomato basil pizza burgers- about 120 cals.. these are UNBELIEVABLE.. you would have no idea they are actually a healthy food
  • crystal light on the go packets- they have like 10 flavors, no sugar added.. great change of pace when water gets boring, and really filling!
  • planters "nut-ritional" mixes- i usually get just almonds
  • vlasic pepperoncini- only 5 cals per pepper
  • cedars stone wheat wraps (i usually eat them with low sodium turkey deli meat)- only 70 cals, 9 g fiber and 6 g protein!
  • klondike "slim-a-bear" no sugar added ice cream sandwiches- only 100 cals!
One of mine is Quaker's Corn Bran Squares cereal. It's only 120 calories for a whole cup and they are SOOO tasty. I eat them like chips.

1. multigrain cheerios- have a really sweet taste to them and are very filling

2. wonder bread whole grain white bread- so soft you wouldn't know it's whole grain

3. low fat/ low carb tortillas- only 50 cals for 1 tortilla

4. wishbone just 2 good ranch dressing- 40 cals and 2 fat grams for 2 tbsp

5. wheat thins veggie crisps

6. all of the light versions of potatoe chips (they are made with olestra which affects some people negatively but does not seem to have made a difference for me so far)

7. yoplait fat free thick and creamy yogurt- sooooo delicious!

8. turkey hill- duettos- it is soft serve vanilla ice cream and cherry italian ice- soooo yummy for only 120 calories

9. kraft 2% milk american cheese

10. gorton's shrimp temptations shrimp scampi- 120 calories for a huge serving of shrimp scampi- serve over whole wheat pasta with broccoli for a restaurant quality meal

11. mrs. dash and mccormick seasonings- make chicken breasts and other meat so tasty

12. 100 calorie pack of hostess golden vanilla cupcakes- they actually taste like the real thing!

13. 95% lean ground beef- actually has less calories and fat than any version of ground turkey i have found
My Top Ten List:

1.  Oscar Mayer deli select shaved meats (smoked turkey or ham)...because they are easy to measure out portions and easy to take a half portion.

2.  Whole wheat low carb or lite bread...because eating a sandwich makes me feel like I really had lunch.

3.  Tomatoes, leaf lettuce and pickles...because they make a little sandwich BIG with good nutrition/fiber and not many calories.

4.  Fruit, especially nectarines... because it satisfies fruit cravings

5.  Fat free Tostido "Scoops" with fresh tomatilla salsa...because it tastes as good or better than any junkier snack and isn't as bad for you.

6.  EAS AdvantEDGE carb control drinks...because they give a good protein boose on days when my protein is down (17 g. protein, 3 net carbs and 3 g. fat).

7.  Slim-a-bear ice cream sandwiches...because they're preportioned and I'm less likely to go overboard with my servings.

8.  Breakstone's Live Active 2% Cottage cheese...good protein and deliscious, plus has probiotic fiber for digestion

9.  Kid's meals at fast food joints with the fruit option...because with being so busy, sometimes fast food is just wayyyy easier.

10. The calorie free individual packets of green tea to add to water bottles...because tap water grosses me out, so when I'm out and finish my water, I can refill it from a tap and add the flavoring and somehow it's not as bad.  (I know...isn't that weird?)

Dunkin Donuts egg and cheese on english muffin for lunch (280 cal) when I'm tired of salad bar

Subway veggie sub w cheese, no sauce or mayo, just extra tomatoes to keep it moist (280 cal)

Mint tea

mushrooms and onions fried w no stick spray

Sugar free pudding made with skim milk and light cool whip mixed in

Egg or tuna salad made w mustard and light mayo

quorn (meat substitute- tastes a lot like tender chicken without the gristle, but slightly saltier) heated up with lots of veggies and soy sauce or Terriyaki sauce

scrambled egg with lots of stir fried or steamed veggies and soy sauce or Terriyaki sauce

canned tomatoes as a base for vegetable stews (with any low cal vegetables)

candy out of vending machines that don't dispense much

I found Indian Flatbreads at Trader Joe's which are large enough for my mother and I to share. (240 calories for the whole piece, 120 for half...and virtually no fat!) and we topped them with a salsa and all sorts of veggies then baked them for about 10 minutes. They were delicious and less then 200 calories.

Another thing I didn't see on the list was tea...which is my staple drink.

Orbit gum is great when you want something minty or fruity and it only has three calories per piece plus it's sugarfree.

Rice cakes are actually very tasty and I love the carmel ones (50 cals per cake)...
lean cuisine chicken carbarona (sp?)- the best!

south beach diet cheese slices- so good, I just discovered these, so much better than Kraft fat free.

dark chocolate, so good and healthy too!

smart pop popcorn- sometimes the 100 cal kind and sometimes the bigger bag.

smoothies made with frozen berries, banana, splenda and water.

subway oven roasted chicken breast sandwich with no cheese, sweet onion teryaki sauce and lots of veggies. The big hunk of meat is very satisfying.

fiber one bars, yummm

sweet and salty bars, the chocolaty, peanut ones- they are so, so good and the nuts are healthy.

Ground Turkey....I have tried many brands....I have found that I only like the Louis Rich

I can't believe it's not butter spray....very low in fat and calories

Wishbone salad spritzers....1 calorie per spray and very flavorful

Wylers (on the go) packs.....Way cheaper that Crystal Light

Steamed cauliflower or broccoli with a few sprays of I can't believe it's not butter
