Foods you have seriously stocked up on -
Living alone, some of my stockups may seem crazy quantity (not to me though) -
MUSHROOMS - Adore them sauted in Pam with onion and then some egg/eggwhite scrambled and mixed in. I eat this daily and its a favorite but mushrooms are pricey. After picking up 5 8oz packs, my back up store had the 8oz tubs for 89 cents.
Despite the home, bought a case - 12 more packs. Mushrooms for DAYS and thats not a bad thing.
EGGS - they are just to cheap not to make a daily staple and lately a buck a dozen, Ive kept 6-8 dozen in the fridge on rotation. There expiration dates are very forgiving but along with omelets Ive got my eggdrop soup so I run through them.
ONIONS - this may be a problem. I adore onions and just rediscovered them so Im eating 1+ a day.
CHICKEN BROTH The sodium isnt an issue because I dont salt any of my food so thinking my salts okay.
CAULIFLOWER - Lately big heads and low prices have me stocking up. Chopping up a head, spraying with pam and grilling at 450 for 40 minutes is an amazing nibbler food
So what is your stock up food, whether recently and regularly.

Shirataki Noodles. I ordered 70 dollars worth of them when I first discovered them, and they arrived in huuuuuge boxes that didn't fit anywhere except the middle of my living room. Haha.
I also have miles and miles of instant mashed potatoes that I bought right before my Costco membership expired. They are really delicious and cheap, and you can virtually ignore the expiration dates on them.
And I dunno if this counts but at any given time I have about 2 dozen boxes of Pasta-Roni and Rice-a-Roni in my cupboard. Mmmm.
Sweet mother of God, did you think there was going to be a national disaster or something? $70 worth of shirataki noodles!?! Were you catering a no carb wedding? I'm not at all trying to be rude, I'm just honestly shocked!! Wowza. I would have spent the money on a new bikini! ![]()
those are the healthy things i keep stocked up on! :)

-Popcorn Kernels: For my air popper. Spray the popcorn with Pam and sprinkle with garlic salt or a little cinnamon and sugar.
-Del Monte Fruit Chillers: All natural popsicles with no corn syrup. They come in grape and strawberry and I buy the big packs from Sams. 55 calories each.
-Tilapia: I eat it fried with a cornmeal coating or just baked or whatever. Good lo-cal protein source.

-Fruit Leather: My favorite is grape!

Granola Bars
Yogurt

Multi Grain Cheerios
1. veggie burgers...i have 20 boxes or more in my freezer.
2. pints of ice cream...i think i have about 16 left...i had over 30 because they were on sale
3. yogurt....i keep about 10 at a time
4. bagels...i have 4 bags in my freezer
Frozen, steam-in-the-bag veggies. They keep forever, they're reasonably priced, and quick to prepare. My schedule isn't very consistent, but I can throw these in the microwave for 5 minutes and add to whatever else I planned on eating. Otherwise, I have trouble eating a lot of vegetables.
Thomas Light Multigrain English Muffins. 100 calories, high fiber, super-tasty. Good with a little peanut butter, or an egg scrambled with 2% milk cheese to make a sandwich.
Cantaloupe. My favorite melon. Cut it up in cubes and have all week.
Frozen chicken breast tenderloins. Pull out one or two and defrost. Another one of those things that keep for a long time and are super-versatile.
I pretty much always have aubergine and courgette in my fridge plus a leafy/cruciferous vegetable such as cauliflower or cabbage. Those are staples in my diet. Along with low-fat Ziggy's swiss cheese, almond butter, poached chicken breast, and assorted nuts and dried fruits. I have SO MUCH cereal; I love mixing cereals.
My meals are pretty structured/automated: breakfast is toast with almond butter and dulce de leche, protein shake, cereal mix. Lunch is a chicken, swiss, salsa, and romaine sandwich (with yogourt or carrots or something). Dinner is very veggie heavy. Snacks are trail mixes and bars.
I LOVE bars. I don't know why; I just do. I have dozens and dozens of Larabars, Luna bars, Zone Perfect bars and Kashi bars in my cupboards.
Diet Coke/Pepsi: I know it's bad for me but I love it! I try to stick to one or two a day, but I have five 2L bottles sitting here!
Oatso simple sachets: I love the golden syrup ones, but I alternate between these, apple and blueberry and original (with cinnamon and sugar added) for variety.
Apples: Healthy, low-cal, delicious!
Pasta: Gigantic bag, lasts ages, always there if I need a quick meal (also jars of pasta sauce).
Cup soup sachets: I try to get the healthy ones-useful for a quick easy lunch.
All this is while I'm at uni-at home Mum does the shopping:-)
Jell-O: Found some great low-cal jell-o, and it's soooo good.
Walnuts: A great energy fix!
Special K bars: I'm a Special K addict, lol.
Clementines: They're back in season! Whoooot!
Apples: Portable, tasty, and not a bad source of fibre.
Canned chopped tomatoes in tomato juice.... Because I've always got dry pasta, herbs and garlic knocking around the house it means I can rustle up a quick pasta dish any time. Also, I use fresh tomato sauce as a base for lots of other dishes - curries, casseroles, meatballs, bolognese, chillis...
