So if you had ice cream for dinner last night, or didn't exercise yesterday, or gained a pound this week, don't throw in the towel! Make a healthier choice for dinner tonight by eating something lean. Go for a short walk. Weigh in again next week.

too funny and very direct, i like you. i've been reading this book, 'made to stick' (how to make your ideas sticky), anyway before i digress, your post touches on a lot of what they say to get your ideas/message across.
and actually if i brush my teeth after dinner/dessert im less likely to snack.
Awesome point, I just went through that feeling last week. I tried harder with exercise and better eating this week, and lost 1 lb. I'm back on track!
Awesome post, Vee! Don't know if you'll believe this, but that was just the pick up I needed. With June fast approaching and assignments due and exams coming up...my eating habits have gone totally haywire. Normally I'd be able to stop eating when I felt even remotely full, but this past week I've gone back to my old ways of eating more even when I knew I was full. GAHHH...I'm so angry at myself for letting this go on for an entire week...but tomorrow is a new day. Just gotta focus and work my arse off
