Former Truck Driver Turned Personal Trainer
Hey Everyone,
My name is Red Smith and I've joined CC to help keep me on track just like everyone else here. I was a commercial driver for 15 years before I decided to walk away from my six figure job and start my life over on January first of this year.
I decided to go to school in Orlando, Florida to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I figured that I spent the last 15 years doing everything I could to ruin my health through my career choice, so this time would be clompletely different. Since I made the change and took back control of my life, I've lost 60 pounds. That's from my highest weight of 290 pounds. But I'd like to keep my progress going to at about 200 pounds, but I do plan on living this healthier lifestyle from here on out.
