THis is cool - I think I now know why I am not loosing weight!!
I am not eating ENOUGH calories!
I was only getting about 1600 a day, but working out and using 400.

According to this, I should be eating about 1900 per day based on my activity level (Moderate).

I might take one full week and try consuming more than I have been.

That was interesting.  The results are very close to what I got here at CC. 
CC gave me 1600 - but this formula tells me 1900.

HMMMMMMMMMM...

It sounds like one is giving you a calorie allowance for exercise and the other is not.
