i am 5'6 almost 5'7. want to know what are some of your weight goals at this height. (women who are around the same height) i look very thin at 135. anyone else???

I'm 5'6, 156 lbs., 26% body fat.  At 145-ish lbs (21%-ish BF), I was very lean and fit into size 4's and some size 1's with stretch.  So I'm looking to lose that again (this was gained after a very stressful schoolyear and my first east coast winter... complete with barrels of free hot chocolate and cider at school).

 

I'm looking to get down to at least 145, and then from there lose a few more pounds to see if I like my body at 19% (142) and 18% (140 lbs)... at 17% (138.5), I would be classified as underweight in terms of body fat.

 

My lean body mass is about 15 lbs., a good 15-20 lbs. higher than most my height, even though I'm not really muscular or "thick".  Heavy bones.. organs?? water weight?  who knows.

I'm 5'6'' and the following stats:

Highest weight ever: 167 lbs (2 years ago)

Lowest weight ever: 110 lbs (10 years ago)

SW on cc: 156 lbs (February)

CW: 143 lbs

GW: 135 lbs (Sept)

GGW: 125 lbs

 

Does anyone feel like there is a certain weight they tend to be when not paying attention to diet and exercise?  My body tends to like 150lbs, when I make healthy eating decisions (without counting calories) and being lightly active (walking 2 miles a day).  The only thing is- I don't feel my best/healthiest at that weight! So I really need to be accurate in calorie counting and regular exercise to lose weight.  This is the first time in a couple years that I have seriously committed to weight loss...so wish me luck!

I'm 5'6" and the highest I ever weighed was 145 lb. I got up to that weight my senior year in high school when I started drinking more and I didn't gain any weight my freshman year in college, but I want to weigh about 130 lb, which I've been working on this summer. It's been a bit of a rough ride since I went away to Iceland and did quite a bit of drinking over there, and I have this problem with getting the munchies...but I'm at about 138 lb now and hopefully on my way down! My driver's license said I was 129 lb. and honestly, that would be ideal.

I'm 5'6" and my high was 235 lbs.  I am 227 right now, and my goal is 150 so that I am back in a "normal" BMI.

I'm 5'6.5.  I had a body composition scan once and they told me I should weigh between 154 and 167 (giving me around 24% body fat).  I'm 183 now and I think I could easily loose another 35 pounds.  So, for now my goal weight is 150.  I keep changing it though - I'm hoping I will know when I get there Laughing

I'm 5'6'' and currently weigh 155. I used to be 130-135 and felt much more comfortable. I'm just trying to get back there, but anything under 140 would  make me happy.

I'm 5'6" 19, and about 151 right now.  Highest weight was around 162 like 2 years ago.. My goal weight is 135 but I really have no idea how I'll feel at that weight cause the last time I weighed that I was like 13 (I have a medium frame and pretty muscular build- used to be a gymnast)

I am 5'6'' and I'llbe 23 at the end of this month...

I dropped fast because I had a baby April 24th!

My goal weight is 136 because thats what it tells me on here, but I looked pretty good at about 145, I have  medium frame and I could easily wear a bikin at 145, I am also muscular so that might have something to do with the high weight, I have always played sports and worked out!

I am hoping to be 136 by Christmas... think its doable? I hope so! My family aways has a big christmas eve party and they all know I had a baby this year and that is usually the only time I see ALL of them the whole year so I want to look good!

I'm 157 right now. I used to be 175-ish. My goal is 120.
