I am 5'8.5". I weigh 149.5. I would love to know other peoples' weights and goal weights that are around my height! Please post. Right now, my goal weight is 130-135.

I'm 5'8" and I weigh 110lbs, down from 150. I lost most of that weight healthily but then had an ED relapse :( I'm trying to recover again now and I expect my weight to go up a little but I like the size I am now. Hopefully I can tone up - weigh more but be the size I am now - and be healthy. Make sense?

:)

I'm 5'8" and as of this morning I am FINALLY 149!! My CC goal is 148, but I think my ultimate goal is 142-145 just so I can have a big enough cushion to stay away from the 150's. I really just want to try to maintain anywhere in the 140's.

Good luck to all!Smile

I'm 5'9 and weigh about 185. Trying to cut about 10 more lbs. I'm also a guy :P.

Thank you so much! I think you're the only person on CC to respond that way to my stats, instead of yelling at me to "just eat more". Definitely much appreciated - you made my day!

I'm a little over 5'9" and weight 139--been a lot higher, and as low as 120 (unhealthy and scary skinny). But weight is not what matters--it's percent body fat, not even BMI--body fat. You can tell if there are lumpy areas, and jiggly areas, that body fat is too high. Even though I'm on the lower range for my height, I have small bones, so I should really be more like 132-135--dropping that extra bit of body fat while keeping muscle mass. It's really more about how you feel, and what you can do in terms of fitness that's the true indicator, as well as passing your scores right during a physical exam.
