ok so does anyone have any on the go food/ snacks that I could possibly eat that are good for me, im trying to be able to take in all my calories, but at the same time its kinda hard to eat healthy since im always busy and like almost never in a kitchen to make a healthy actual meal. I know know fruits and veggies but any quick recipes (real quick) and snack ideas?

For snacks, I keep a few Soy Joy bars around.  I've found them at Target, in the weight loss supplement aisle.  They're really delicious and provide 140 cals, I think.

Also - I like to buy the individually packaged string cheese for a nibble.  and the Dole fruit cups are like 80 cals / cup.

And my best friend is the South Beach Diet TIDE ME OVER Tropical Breeze water flavor packets.  They have protein, fiber and 30 cals for a low cal snack in between meals or while driving.

Good luck!!! :)

oh wow thanx. ill def be trying those snack bars, lol

anyone/anything else?

Well, there are lots of options for snacks...

I ALWAYS keep snacks with me, either in the car, my purse, my desk drawer...I swear you will NEVER catch me with out food...LOL.  I like bananas, apples, pears, peaches, grapes (pretty much any fruit will work), kashi granola bars....they have chewy and crunchy ones...I recommend any of the chewy ones except the peanut butter (tastes like cardboard) and I really like the Pumpkin Spice crunchy ones, sunflower seeds, nuts, protein bars work if you are looking for more of a meal replacement thing.....there are SO many things you can make portable.

the tide me over things are way too sweet for me - but i love the south beach high protein cereal bars (i prefer cinnamon raising but they have a lot) and lately all the boxes of those have one tide me over in them, so i keep accumulating those ha

I'm sure you'll get lots of responses recommending various instant things in packets but I wanted to suggest you make more time to eat.....  It's really easy to think you're 'too busy' to eat properly but that's a modern myth.  If you really want to eat properly and look after your body, you'll find the time and you'll give it priority...  Good luck.
