Hi! I am 5'5'' around 126...slowly working towards 120.
I don't know how to add anyone..I am pretty new...but feel free to add me!
I'm 5'6", and weigh 122. I have a few pics in my gallery.
Keep in mind that everyone's body distributes weight differently!
I have a 5'5 120 shot in my profile
This is a pretty fun tool to see how you will look at different weights: preventionweightloss.mvm.com/
I'm currently 5'5 and weigh 130lbs.
Two years ago I was in pretty good shape (I loved my body bc I was lean and cut)...playing sports 24/7 and eating normal...I was still 5'5 but I weighed 104lbs.
I guess the weight increase was due to my lack of activity...I stopped doing sports/exercise and just sat around studying, reading and working all day (college life). Plus I ate huge portions just like I did before but my body wasn't getting the workouts it would before.
I know that I can't get back to 104lbs...but my goal is to lose 20lbs and get to 110lbs (hopefully). I will be happy to lose any weight. But I am determined to get to 110.
I don't know if some of you have the same problem....but I feel horrible with myself that my own mom weighs less than me now. She's 5'8 1/2 and weighs 125lbs. Even though her heaviest was 150lbs (due to a late pregnancy 42 years old) and it took her more than 3 years to get back to her old weight.
Hmm, I'm 5'5" and 125ish lbs. I'm usually pretty comfortable around 115-120 actually (since I have a very small body frame), but I guess I'm not overly concerned with the exact number anymore, more with being toned/in good shape. I think it would be interesting to talk to/share tips with people with similar stats. =)
