yeaaaa dont do it.....i used to give in to those 5am binges......711 is right down the block from me! id eat everything in the world and then be depressed out of my mind....binge in veggies!

Eat something.  You may not be eating enough, and what you think is an urge to "binge" may be simple, natural hunger.  Have a glass of milk and some toast or something.
