why????

I just ate a whole packet of hob knobs...not in one go...but still in the space of 3 hours!

im so furious at myself!!!!

basically my eating has been weird this week, i was ill on monday, so ate grapes untill the evening when I ate a proper meal, as i started feeling better.

i have this craving to eat all the time right now, i think it's partly to dow with stress and pressure of having these 2 massive essays due for under 2 weeks.

ANYWAY i decided i wanted a chocolate bar, so i went to the shop n bought apples, potato's a small bar of chocolate and a pack of hob knobs. i was feeling powerful n in control...then before i know it i'm acting like a demented biscuit lady and the pack is finished and i know that pack contained oh, i dunno like 1350 cals..so yeah... i just dont understand my mentality to do that. especially when im lsong weight and people are commenting!

if you were sick monday i would guess your body is still trying to recover and craving the calories to do so.  it usually takes me a week to "get right" again after being sick.  just take care of yourself & feel better. 

Oh, Hob Knobs, how I miss you.  It has been almost a year since I visited London and had Hob Knobs and Cadbury chocolate. (which tastes soooo good compared to the Cadbury chocolate here in the US) Oh, and those cookies with the sticky jelly stuff in the middle. (Can't remember what those were called) Yummo!

I am going to weigh in at lunch so I have the desire to drink a billion gallons of tea and eat till I can't see strait. Thing is... I am full. But the desire to eat is still there.

Sometimes my brain does not communicate with my body. Other times I just lose controll and am the demented biscuit lady. I know how you feel.

What the heck are hob knobs???

They're like... the best cookie EVER. And hard to explain, they don't have anything like it here in America. Sometimes I can find them in the international food aisle at HEB. God they're amazing... keep me awaaayy!!

If you have a World Market, you can get Hob Nobs and Cadbury Fingers in the US.  But no Jammie Dodgers, which is probably a good thing, because they were my favorite.

ahhhh.........hob nobs, but only the ones with milk chocolate on them. i can sometimes find them in the international food aisles in some markets. along with.....LION BARS!!!! love them too! did anyone eat tablet? i used to work in a restaurant that served it after dinner, kinda like getting mints with a check! AMAZING!!!
