i'd get more healthy fats in there by adding maybe some nuts to your yogurt, also using olive oil to cook your food. there doesn't seem to be too much protein at breakfast either, maybe you could add 2 hardbroiled eggs in place of 1 serving of the bran flakes since your breakfast is almost all carbs. in addition, you might want to add another serving of fruit with your nighttime snack. other than that it look pretty balanced and good :) great job!!

i pretty jealous that you can maintain this weight on that many calories a day and workout so little! haha good for you. eat that good stuff while you can!

i know their far too many carbs in my meals i think. but i will try and add more protein. thanks chrissy1988.

How big are your servings of muesli and bran flakes?  That's a whole lot of fiber first thing in the morning, isn't it? :)  And ice cream, twice a day?  Between the ice cream, "semi-milk", cheese, avocado, and full fat yogurt, it seems like your daily fat intake could be higher than I'd shoot for.

Have you put this day into the food planner to get a breakdown of your carbs/protein/fat?  That might give you a better idea of how balanced your diet is.  Personally, my target daily is 50% of my calories from carbs, 30% from protein, and 20% from fat.

I'm a 41 year old 6' guy, about 175 pounds, and I couldn't see maintaining on that.  Of course, when I was 19 I could eat all that, and then for my next meal, I'd have... :)  If you're maintaining properly on that now, that's great.  But I wouldn't anticipate being able to sustain that for ever.  Age does wonderful things to your metabolism.  :)  I don't know if you can do anything about that by staying active and eating healthy or not.  But if it's working for you now, and you're happy, that's great!

As long as she incorporates enough of the other macro nutrients into her diet, then there is nothing wrong with her placing an emphasis on fats so long as she stays within her caloric limits. However, she should be careful not to consume too much saturated fat, which can lead to health problems down the road.

To each their own... She asked for an opinion, and I gave mine.  And since no amounts for each item was given, it's difficult to tell what the macro nutrient balance is.

I'm not a nutrition expert, and don't play one on TV.  Just offering my opinion.
