Needless to say breakfast is my favorite meal of the day because I love the differen types of foods you can eat (oatmeal, cereal, bagels, etc).  I ate at a hotel this morning for breakfast (visiting my dad) and i had a huge breakfast...i mean huge...and now i dont know what to do.  I had a wheat bagel w/ pb, a box of rice krispy cereal and special k (the small ones) w/ milk, 2 slices watermelon, an apple, and some honeydew.  This was over 1000 cals.  Now i dont want to eat the rest of the day because I feel guilty.  I let myself eat what I wanted, I was hungry, but now I regret it all and wish I could start my day over.  I dont want to have this mindset...but I plan to not eat until I am hungry again today...maybe.  I dont know.

tomorrow have some protien and a little fat in with the bagel (like, put an egg or PB on it) plus pick ONE fruit.

It wouldn't have been too bad if it would be a breakfast that would tide you over for a long time, but with so many simple sugars and so little protien, you are going to be very hungry very soon.

Get your protien in this afternoon. Dont just not eat; eat small portions. But very SATIATING portions - meaning, fat & protein.

NO more cereal! At least not rice krispies and special K. Some cereal with protien and fiber, like kashi go lean or go lean crunch.

Don't worry about starting over... just turn the train back to the track and keep going as if it never happened. It won't sabotage all your efforts in one day! It'll be fine - just take it as a lesson learned! :)
