125 pounds today =[ I was 123 and before that 118. I ate 4,500 calories worth of food yesterday! And I sed its okay the most ill gain is a pound. But today I ate 3200 calories! What is going on? I got my period back today.. after the 4500 calories yesterday??

I started off today at 4 a.m. really hungry so i had 2 blueberry bagels and later when i woke up i had an almond butter sandwich. But i was still hungry so I had some soup. For a snack I finished a 4 oz jerkey bag =[ and for lunch i had a wrap with turkey slices and vegan cheese but i was still hungry so i had 2 bananas. Then later i had 4 icees and for dinner i melted the veg cheese on a wrap to make like a quesadilla. I managed to be in my limit. But then BAM cravings later and I knew if i resisted I would binge..but i binged anyway. I put 2 bananas in the blender with protein powder and ice to make a shake. But i was still hungry so i had life cereal with almond breeze. But i had to look at the cookie jar. And i cant have cookies bcuz im lactose intolerant but i didnt resist and had one then another.. and =[

I just came back from florida where I did a lot of walking in disney, universal studios, etc. but I still ate around 2200 calories a day. Was that the wrong move? Or am i just getting cravings from my period. On one side im happy my period is back but on the other my binges were NEVER this huge. When i was eating few calories to me a binge was even 1 calorie over.

Ughh this makes me want to severely restrict..I thought I was better and far from all that by now. I mean i got my period back thats all I wanted. Not these binges. Someone give me advice and tell me theres hope. I just don't know what to do and I really don't wanna do anything stupid. Right now my mind is saying to eat one 110 calorie bagel for the next couple of days to get back on track. I know this is rlly wrong. And im sorry for the whining.

I cant burn off the calories .. I am not allowed to do any exercise by my doctor due to problems with my weak foot. I have an ankle brace and can't lift weights or it will put pressure on it. And I can't run on the treadmill either =[

if theres another post just like this by someone else that is already answered can you send me a link? i searched forums myself before posting..

If you eat more calories than you burn you will gain weight.  However, you are already at a low weight, so a little extra isn't going to matter much in the long run.

I suggest planning your meals in advance and making sure you have all the ingredients on hand to avoid last minute changes.  Think it through.

That said, it's a weekend and not as many people are around, so be patient.

thanks clairelaine. I also took out any foods that are tempting out to help.

so i definately gained 3 pounds..I'm not upset at that anymore because I realize its not so much plus I dnt even notice it or maybe its just me lol. Well I put on my ankle brace, secured it, and put on my shapeup shoes and got on the treadmill but only walked on an incline because it hurt when I ran. I also lifted 5 pound weights sitting down to not have strain on my foot. I have questions tho..

1. Since most of my calories were from foods that contained lactose will i still absorb all the calories?

2. After yesterdays workout my arms and legs are sore. Does this mean I'm gaining muscle?

3. I also saw and felt muscle in my shoulder yesterday before the workout..Did my 8000 extra calories go to muscle gain?

4. After my treadmill workout I was 128 as apposed to 126. But i also had dairy today. I told myself it was my last day.

And todayy wasnt so bad i had 2300 total with 60 min on treadmill 3mph on an incline (not sure how big incline is cuz it doesnt say..)

#1. Why on earth wouldnt you absorb the calories. lactose containing foods doesnt make the "calorie free" foods. so yes you will absorb.

#2. no sore arms and legs doesnt mean you are gaining muscle. it just means that you worked them

#3. muscle doesnt grow that quickly and it would need to have been very heavy lifting you were doing to sprout muscle. and the likelyhood is you will put on amounts of both muscle and fat. chances are you are just gaining weight

#4. if you are supposed to stop exercising then stop exercising. if you want to end up with a stress fracture by all means keep going. see how long you're out of sport then.

these questions are a little ridiculous. stop trying to analyse and supercontrol. if you are going to eat 4500 cals then yes you are going to put on weight. if you need to put on weight then you will find the urge to overeat strong. if you attempt to restrict you are more likely to overeat

thanks for the reply fidget. I already know why and accept that I gained 3 pounds. But I saw this new muscle so I wanted to know if those calories went to it. I didnt just start lifting weights. I used to workout alot before lifting every other day, abs, and cardio. But I didnt gain any muscle due to my poor eating. Yes, the lactose question was pretty rediculous but hey, i was curious. And about the exercising i just wanting to see how far i could go, before any serious pain. It was a one time thing. I'm not gonna go run 5 miles. I do want to play sports again soon. And i know the restricting is totally the wrong way to go and will cause me to binge again. The first post was when I was upset after the binges. After we binge we feel extremely guilty.
