what should i do?
alot of days i dont get enough calories when i calculate it at the end of the day ive only consumed about 1,100 and its alot 8:00 at night
i eat 5 times a day should i and a snack before bed
i work out one hour a day and i could make a pool with all the sweat lol
so what is you diet like?
1100 calories without exercise is a semi-starvation diet. You should be eating a bare minimum of at least 1300-1500 calories if you're working out. 1200 is only recommended for very small framed, older, SEDENTARY individuals. I assume you are none of those things.
If you want to exist and maintain your weight on 1200 calories forever then you can choose to continue with this plan but it is really not advisable and is actually against CC policy of encouraging and supporting HEALTHY weight management. This includes diets of AT LEAST 1200.
