Its been 3-4 weeks since I've been recovering from anorexia and I am already up 18 pounds!   Anyways, weight gaining is beneficial for me.   Also, I don't know why but when I gently press my cheek or the top of my arms, my calf muscle and my stomach it hurts......what could this be?   Also is 18 pounds even possible in 3-4 weeks.   I am 5 feet and currently eating 3000- 3400 calories to gain started at 1800.   Now I only have a few more pounds to go.

Talk to whoever is supervising your recovery medically.  A large weight-gain over such a short period of time could mean your body is retaining a lot of fluids (not unusual) and this could be leading to some pressure points developing.   The gain may not be 100% permanent if that is the case and you could well find you lose weight again as things settle down.

This would be a good thing, however.  Behaviour patterns such as eating disorders are very stubborn and if your weight-gain was to happen over a longer period of time it would give you more opportunity to develop better eating habits and cement a healthier routine.
