Im not sure if many people know what this type of "diet" is. It was an idea that became popular in the pro ana community, and i actually think it could be a decent idea. wait. before you start yelling at me hear me out, i think eating 200, 400, 600, then 800 calories a day is a horrible idea. but what if i were to conform it to 1200, 1400, 1600, and 1800 calories? That is decently within the safe zone for a female, and maybe retains the original idea, to keep your metabolism from going off track. Any thoughts?
I've done this diet and I can't say how well it works but it is really fun to move around your calorie targets to adjust to different days. For example, I have a night at home, I'm just doing my homework and going to bed so I eat the minimum calorie day, but then on Friday when I have a night out with my friends and I know we'll be going for dinner and such I eat a high calorie day. It really takes some of the pressure off having to eat a certian number of calories everyday.

Well since yore posting in the YCC thread I'd recommend not eating less than 1500 because that's the minimum for teens.
But you would be averaging 1500 calories/day
1500 is the bare minimum for very small, completely inactive teens..... So it's a problem to have days at 1200 and 1400 even if the average is a little higher
