so i am trying to loose some weight...not much just about 10 pounds. I am running cross country atmy college, and some days doing another work-out during the day. I eat VERY healthy....but for some reason the weight will NOT come off. I am "weight-recovered" from anorexia, and I just want to loose some weight. I honeslty do NOT want to get really sick again and relaspe..but I would be so much more comfortable and confident if I could just get a few pounds off. I am about 5'4 and weigh between 120-125. I usually eat around 1500 cals a day...give or take about 200. I do not know why the weight will not come off. Any adivce on what I could do? Thanks!

why dont you just leave your body alone. 125 is prob where you body is comfortable at, and if it is then you are going to relapse by pushing it to 115. and eating 1500 is ridiculous for someone recovering. and you dont just 'give or take 200'.
i think you need to sit down with someone you're close to. you are heading for trouble again. have your periods returned?
You are at a very healthy weight for your height. If you're running cross country and doing workouts in addition, then you are not eating enough. College age is still under 21 for most, which gives 1500 a day as the minimum sedentary weight loss intake.
Try eating your maintenance including your exercise and if you're unhappy with your body shape do some weight lifting to improve the look of your muscle tone.
I gained extra weight in anorexia recovery, and am in the process of shedding some pounds. I'm 142 and 5'7", and my goal is 135.
Don't be so worried about relapsing, just focus on being healthy. I honestly would not advise you to focus on the numbers (ie calories), because that's what got me in bad shape in the first place. If you are truly uncomfortable with your body then by all means change, but just try to have as much patience as possible and move sloowwlly. I can't tell you how important that is.
Did you work with a nutritionist during recovery? I really recommend it. Right now you're running miles every day, and you should not be eating so little. If anorexia has taught me anything it's to watch out for my metabolism. You've slowed yours down with anorexia--don't do it again after you've spent all this time recovering!
Yeah, I have been in treatment 4 or 5 times, and have been out for a year now. I run about 50 miles a week with my cross country team, and then me and my roommate go on about an hour walk every day and then I go and weight lift about 4 times a week.
I see a nutrionist right now, and they keep telling me that I am at a healthy weight...but I honeslty feel like it is too high for me. I know that it is not a high weight at all, but I just want to be like 110-115 pounds...and that is not an un-healthy weight at all. My nutritionist is telling me that I need 2500 caloires a day to maintain, but I know that if I eat that I will gain weight...and that is the LAST thing I want to do right now. Blah...
this is ridiculous. you run 50 miles + a week and you eat 1500.
you need to get help.
I'm a little confused about your stats. Here you say
"I am about 5'4 and weigh between 120-125."
But in a post on August 22, you say you're 5'3?
