okay background info(: i'm a 14 years old girl. asian(Singaporean) so i'm wondering how many calories are  in my current meal plan. my weight's 41kg ((:, height 160cm ><  previously my weight has been 36kg!

breakfast: 1 cup cereal
       &nb sp;          1 resource 2.0 (480cal)

snack: 1resource 2.0 (480cal)
       &nb sp;   1 bar or 1packet cereal(140cal)

lunch: 1 bowl rice / sweet potato(350-400g)
       &nb sp;   1 portion chicken/fish  (usually fish - salmon and cod)
       &nb sp;   2 cups veggies(brocolli, tomato, peas, pumpkin)

snack: 1 resource 2.0 (480cal)
       &nb sp;   chocolate pudding/ lara bar etc

dinner: same as lunch

please help(:

Your current BMI is 16, so you definitely need to gain a lot more. I estimated your day as 2750, but of course it would vary depending on the type of cereal, type of fish/chicken, size of the portion, way it was cooked, etc.  Quite a lot of the calories are coming from the 3 resource drinks, of course.

The really important question is - are you gaining steadily? If so, your meal plan is working for you. If not, you'll need to add more.

At some point, it would be good to add more variety & to get more of your calories from real food instead of the resource drinks. However, the real priority is to gain the weight, and if this is working for you now, I say stick with it - once you're at a less critical weight, you can work on the other stuff.
