okay background info(: i'm a 14 years old girl. asian(Singaporean) so i'm wondering how many calories are in my current meal plan. my weight's 41kg ((:, height 160cm >< previously my weight has been 36kg!
breakfast:
1 cup cereal
1 resource 2.0 (480cal)
snack:
1resource 2.0 (480cal)
1 bar or 1packet cereal(140cal)
lunch:
1 bowl rice / sweet potato(350-400g)
1 portion chicken/fish (usually fish - salmon and cod)
2 cups veggies(brocolli, tomato, peas, pumpkin)
snack:
1 resource 2.0 (480cal)
chocolate pudding/ lara bar etc
dinner: same as lunch

To work out your calorie intake use the CC food log and input the items individually. Weigh portions rather than using cups or guessing. I've no idea what a 'resource' is (some kind of weight-gain product?) but you can add those in manually.
Obviously you're underweight at the moment and needing to gain. Are you receiving medical supervision? Because CC can only support people in active recovery. You'll probably need a target of about 3000+ cals a day. It's usually better to get your nourishment from real food than from shakes.
