i do it everyday.

it reminds me to stay on track.
plus i can see the details. so i know what foods add water wt.
days of bloating are tracked so i see a history so i am not bothered anymore by the pms 5. lol

i also like to do it every day especially when i exercise.
i have noticed a certain amt of poundage drop on exercise days really show me i need more water.
so it keeps me from being dehydrated. (i hate that feeling)

nice view from my scale too...someone has a great little flower garden i can see out my window from it. its just a nice way to start my day.
I recommend weighing yourself daily. For a couple reasons. 1- so you can keep on track. 2- so you can see patterns in your weight and know what to fix or what to keep doing!
Cool thanks guys that helps a lot! So you're saying if I've had a "good" day I should definitely see the results on the scales the following morning and the same if I've had a "bad" day?
At first when I was losing weight, I got on the scale every day.   It was a motivator.

Now, I only get on the scale once a week.  The reason why I weigh myself once a week is because the scale can fluctuate 1 to 3 lbs everyday.   That drives me crazy!  So I only weigh myself once a week.   I definitely don't ignore the scale.    Right now, the weekly weight loss has been only .2 to .5 lbs per week.  Sometimes nothing...  I've hit a weight plateau, so I've been focusing on reducing body fat, getting stronger, and I'm crossing my fingers that the weight loss will continue.
Usually once a week but I screw that up alot....I don't have an accurate scale in my house sooooo I do it when I have access to an accurate one...should just go buy a stupid scale lol
I only weigh myself about twice a week.  I also measure myself about 2-3 times per month.
I weigh myself every morning!!!!!!! Its worth it.. Its lets you know what your doing and I wouldnt want to wait a week to learn you were gaining weight!
I'm back home where I have a scale. And because it's in bathroom, right on the floor, there are times when I weigh myself more than 10 times a day. But, here's the deal - I don't take it to my heart. I don't log it or be happy cuz I'm down a pound or cry cuz I'm up a pound. If anything, I found out that I had 6lbs of dinner one night. That's just me though, I weigh myself and then .. that's it. If you do take it seriously, then weigh it once a week. IMHO, I don't think weighing yourself every day will help you since whatever you eat yesterday won't reflect on the scale the day after, but in a long run. Your body takes it long and slow to process the food, not a Wham Bam. So if you like to obsess about weight/scale, then try to lax and weigh yourself a week or so.

I weigh myself most days.
Keeps me on track too!
Sometimes i wont though, because otherwise i worry whether or not i'll lose anything by that weeks weigh in.
So, i weigh at least once a week anyway :)
Anywhere between once every 7 days and 4 times a day (on a bad day).
I'd say everyday, but don't be discouraged by 1-5 pounds day to day, and don't get your hopes up too fast.  I notice that I have about a 3 pound difference every day.  Just don't quit because you gained 1 pound.  I lost 10 and gained them all back, but I'm back on, so just stay motivated!
i would if i knew how to work those scales

with the weights that you move

i just dont know
It takes a while to get used to, but I weigh myself at least once a day. Well, somtimes I just dont feel like it because I know its TTOTM and I'll be bloated from all that water weight, but sometimes I will do it in the morning before I shower, after work or after dinner, and maybe before bed. Its interesting to see and to learn how your body can fluctuate like that. Also it helps for you to know if you are slipping a bit or need to up the cals. As the same with LemonJello I dont freak if its 5 lbs difference in the same day, that happens. Just the weight in the morning shouldnt be 5 lbs different from when you weighed yourself the morning before... that kinda means somethings wonky.

:)
I'm impressed that people can actually not weigh themselves but once a week.  I get on the scales about three times daily just to see the fluctuations and then I weigh myself on my gyms scale on Thursdays and use that as the "offical" weight of the week.

I used to weigh 300 lbs now I'm at 140.  Took a while, but it's been off for 14 years! YAY!  I weigh myself twice a day, to stay on track.  People say it's obsessive, but hey, it helps me to keep in touch.  They did a study at NYU that said people who weigh themselves daily tend to keep weight off vs. ones who use the scale once or twice a month!  Do what makes u happy!  Good luck! xo !
i have been weighing myself twice daily because im anxious to see my weight go down even one lb i have been at this for four wks now and havnt lost anything
Twice a day. In the morning and in the evening. I am so obsessed with my weight I would probably weigh more often if I didn't work!
Once maybe twice a week.  I was a scale addict, and it really messed w/ my head when I would weight myself once/twice a day.  I didn't understand the weight fluxuations I was getting.  It really got to me.  Now, I weigh myself every Friday, and sometimes I cheat and weigh myself a few days early.
