anyone?
Is that one day? how many calories is that?
1225 cal
It's hard to say without knowing your stats...Age, weight, height etc. I think it's too low, since your body needs 1200 just to function and that's a min. If you are exercising, that number is even higher. You need to find something sustainable for life.
So that's about 18% protein, 61% carbs, and 21% fat? your protein is a little low I think. It's less than 20%. Maybe you should substitute some more protein for some of the carbs. The fat seems okay, maybe a little low too though. I've never really been sure about what the percentages should be.
If my math is right that's 20% Fat, 62% Carbs, and 18% Protein. I think that meets most guidelines but personally I'd try to up the Protein a tad to get it to 20% and keep the Carbs to 60%.
thanks everyone
maybe add a lil more protein
so iyo if I ate 60% carbs 20% protein and 20% fats would that be good?
that's a pretty good balance. But don't confuse nutritional needs with calories. The only way to lose weight is to burn more than you eat and also to eat enough to support your body - at least 1200 for a totally inactive young woman of average height.
thank you. I always eat atleast 1200 cal. usually its more like 1400 and then there's my off days like today *cough* 1900 *cough* oh well back on the horse tomorrow.
