i'm bingeing.... i'm at 4000 for the day :(

I know I can't say anything to take that guilty feeling away, but it's only one day.  You can make up for it tomorrow... just workout extra hard.
I guess one good thing is you know how many cals your at. It always motivates me to work out that much more to compensate. Like today, I had like over 2500 calories so I worked out for about an hour and brought it down to what I was supposed to be at for a normal day (about 1900).

Tomorrow is a fresh start. In the grand scheme of things, one bad day is not going to change your overall outcome. Remember your overall success and try not to focus on this blip. You will be fine and you will succeed if you stick to your plan most of the time.

Don't hate your life. You're gorgeous. You have a great figure.  Start over tomorrow.
Most of all LOVE YOURSELF!  This is just a bump in the road and it is now behind you.  You can't fix the past but you can change the future.  Use this as a learning tool and move forward tomorrow.  One thing you might want to do is figure out why you binged today and set a plan in place when those circumstances come up again to avoid the "pot hole".

Just know God loves you just the way you and I am sure you have a lot of friends and family who do as well; not to mention everyone here on this site.

join the club hun...I haven't even totalled what I've eaten because I know I'll die of shock. The good thing though is that I was swimming today and really wiped myself out! I know I must have burnt some major calories!

Start over tomorrow. It's a better day. Don't beat yourself up about this and just do better tomorrow! I know it's easier said than done, but I know you can do it! :0)

thanks everybody. i'm trying really hard to resist my string cheese in the fridge. at least i don't want the cookie cake anymore (i've already had 5 pieces).

ladyevropa-- what kind of detox? like all fruits/veggies?

kellbell, how are you this morning?  Remember we're here, even if it is Sunday.  This is a brand new day, so don't even think about yesterday and start off fresh.
yep, fruits, veggies, maybe a bit of whole grain at SOME point so you aren't losing anything too beneficial.
i feel HORRIBLE today. i woke up at 5:30 this morning sneezing (for about 15 min straight), swollen eyes and diarrhea. my stomach hates me!
oogh.  mild foods today. hon, bananas, toast, these things are your friend.  let's take it easy on your digestive system till it recovers! 
i went for a 30 min run today and walked for 30 more min. i'm feeling a little better. i don't dare step on that scale though! eek! i've just had veggies and fruit and my whey protein after my run. dinner is here though... what to eat, what to eat...

everyone has a bad day, dont worry about it. Start on a good foot tomorrow. Dont give up just b/c u fall once.
Don't worry, I stick to my diet/exercise regimen really well all week long and then every Sunday I end up on a "free-for-all;" eating whatever I want (I don't even bother counting calories because it wouldn't make any difference).  I always see a weight gain of about 3-5 lbs overnight, but before the end of the week, I've lost all the weight and then some; I've still managed to lose about .5 to 1 lb a week.  You can do it!  
don't worry about it! you'r'e lucky its only one day for you! i binge every single day over 3000 calories, its sooooooo bad!! i hope its not that i'm binging i hope its because i'm growing because i'm 15...any ideas for me?

So you've perhaps gained 1/2 a pound, more likely 1/3 of a pound...tomorrow get back on track and you won't even notice this minor blip.
