I weigh myself right when I get up in the morning and the scale says one number but an hour later when I have a couple of cups of coffee it goes up 1-1 1/2 lbs. which number do you go by?
I would love to go by the first weight but am I kidding myself?![]()

as long as you are consistant, it doesn't matter - it is probably better to do the first number. the point isn't what the actual number is, it's how much you've lost. so weigh yourself when you first get up (and pee), and then don't weigh yourself til the next morning.
Use the first weight. All the 2nd weight tells you is how much your couple cups of coffee weigh!
Don't weigh yourself everyday.
i go by the first number as soon as i wake up after using the restroom. But you shouldnt be messing with the scale like going on multiple times daily its not healthy and it will get you down.
