Weight Loss
Moderators: duke3522, devilish_patsy, topanga1485, nycgirl, spoiled_candy, cmillington, coach_k well since this weekend was a long weekend. i went back home. over the weekend i consumed 11.5k calories. My normal amount is usually 25-2600 a day. i ran 20 miles this weekend so considering the amount ive burned so far i have to burn about 3.7k more calories this week to get back to where i started?
is that about right?

I've only been at this a little over a month, but here's my advise.
Let the weekend be the weekend. It's in the past, done, over with. Look at each day in the future, one at a time.
When I stress over what I did over the weekend, it makes it so much easier to binge during the week because I'm mad at myself.
yeah i know what you mean. but i have serious problems letting those things go. i when i ususally overeat, ill just run for and excercise for the next few day until i burn it off....

i feel your pain in eating too much when going back home...i do the same...thats why i don't even bother to count when i go home, I just figure eh this is fine and i usually don't exercise when i go home...I would just try to let it go and think of it as a care-free weekend of fun :D
