How much is too much?

I was just wondering what your guys' opinion of my workout schedule was...if it's too much or perfect.

Monday, Wednesdays, Saturdays(somedays Sat.s will just be a track meet and soccer game)- 40-60 minute run, 20-30 minutes in the weight room (2 reps of 150 jump rope, running arms with 5 pound weights, 15 lat pulls, 10 bench press, 15 on the quad machine, and 20 on the hip machine), 200 sit ups and 1 and a half hours of moderately hard soccer practice.

Tuesday, Thursday- intensive running workout i.e. track meet, hill repeats, tempo runs, 250 situps, 25 pushups

Friday- 30 minutes then weight room with the 3 reps of everything not 2, 250 situps, 25 pushups

Sunday- 20-30 minute run, 250 situps, 25 pushups.

You're 18, right? Right now, your body's got the work and recovery capacity to handle just about anything you throw at it, as long as you get enough calories to fuel your activity level.

You may wish to monitor your morning resting heart rate and temperature for signs of overtraining - if your resting heart rate is elevated you're working too hard, if your morning temperature is down you're not eating enough.

You're doing too much direct ab work and not enough squats though - ditch the machines, start squatting heavy, and you'll see a dramatic increase in core stability and overall sports performance. You have some great workouts going, but you really do need a rest day.  You may be used to this routine, but your body would really appreciate some down time.  You're just going to wear yourself out.  You also should not be working the same muscle groups on consecutive days.  Try changing things up a bit to rest your muscles.

Actually I'm 16, and most of those workouts are given to us by our track coach. I was just wondering if I should not listen to him and not run on Sunday or something...
