i just made a few changes & stuck with them :D don't make any changes that you can't live with!
i still pig out & i still have my favorite foods...
the only things that works for me is restricting. 1200-1300 cals maximum. I don't lose if I work out, I mantain and get less jiggly.
Do you think it's safe?
Did you went on low cal diets? how much deficit?

The lowest I have ever gone is 1200, but started at 1500. I guess I never really knew what or how much calories I was consuming (obviously too much). Are you maintanng or trying to lose ? I would say weight is just a number if you are less jiggly working out. I have always beleived that weight within a healthy range was irrelivant, if you looked lean, cut and fabulous. So, do I think it's safe .... I don't know. To maintain, all I know is eat what the food pyramid recommends, because long term, a calorie deficit will lead to losing some valuable nutrients your body needs. When cutting cal's you're cutting out some foods or restricting all together. That's what I do to maintain, is follow the food pyramd guidelines and now I do not need to count.
