I was just curious what people are doing to reach their goal weight in Nov.? How much more do you have until your gw? Do you work out, or just watch what you eat?

I'm doing some strength training in the mornings not too much. I'm logging all the food I eat on the website although I don't know if the actual portions are correct. I estimate the portions.
I just wasn't in a healthy place so I needed to get back on track.
