I have been on CC for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 8 pounds. I was wondering how many carbs and how much protein should I have a day?

I've always been told that if you lift weights and work out, you should consume around (or a little less than) 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight...
Carbs are dependent on your weight, fitness goals, etc.
