Goal was a pound per week since January to get to 180 by end of July. On Track........ 182.3 today. (7/3). Exercise - primarily cardio & diet. I use the data on Calorie Count, but track it in an Excel spreadsheet. I've targted consuming 500 caloies per day less than I burn. This equals the 1 pound per week.
I'm recovering from a heart attack last June. My doctor said getting to 180 would be a "good start". I see him July 10th, so he'll be happy.
Last time I was at 180, I had virtually no fat, and was very athletic. Not this time - I lost muscle too. I guess age & less activity caught up with me. Next Goal - 180 to 175 - 1/2 pound week, while cranking up my workouts by adding strength training.
