Hey guys,
Im ariel and im 17. I weigh 165 but i dont look like it. Im not like, overly fat, but by no means am I skinny. I'd like to be down to 120ish by my 18th birthday, (July 13th), so that gives me like 8 months to lose 45 lbs. I've started eating better and walking 3 miles a day. Any suggestions on good healthy food bc im tired of the (yogurt, slimfast, special k bars, fruit).. and also, i'd like someone around my height and weight (im 5ft 1 btw) to do this along with me, or even someone who isnt my height and weight but has a similar goal and time frame.. i think its easier if you have someone pushing and supporting you.. thanks guys :)

Hi Ariel!I'm 17 and 5'5'' and weight 145lbs. I want to go to 130lbs till my 18th birthday which gives me 5 months to lose 15lbs. I think your goal is doable. You don't have to eat only yogurt etc all the time. I did the same thing and my result was to get bored and stop the effort. Calculate the calories you need and create your personal "food programme"!![]()
