Hi - My name is Neva, I'm 46 years old and 35 lbs overweight. I am only 5'2" so the 35 lbs makes me look short and thick. I have always gone through periods of "fluff and unfluff", but lately I've just been "fluffy".![]()
I have always eaten a healthy diet, I really try to stay away from sugars, especially the fake ones. My philosophy is if I can't pronounce it I won't eat it. Because my husband had a heart attack 10+ years ago, we have really tried to eat healthy. I guess my problem is I eat too much, even if it is good stuff.
I have an under active thyroid and I am on medication for that, so I think part of my problem might be that. The endocrinologist said I eat too many calories and it's not my thyroid.
I am peri-menopausal, so I'm sure that helps a lot. I hope I can lose the weight this time. I get so frustrated!!![]()
