Well, today's the big day. I finally broke a plateau that I was struggling with, losing 4.8 lbs this week, resulting in pushing past a loss of 100 lbs!. I'm now sitting at a total loss of 101.6 lbs after 9 months of my lifestyle change.
101.6 lbs and one gallbladder removal surgery later, and I'm sitting here feeling great. I have so much more energy and ambition. So exciting!!!
Now, it's time to try to reevaluate how much I want to lose in total. That seems like the hardest part!
Congratulations! A loss of over 100lbs, that's absolutely incredible! You must be so so proud of yourself! What a massive achievement, you are truly and inspiration!
Just saw your post congratulations! how long did it take you. i am wanting to lose 100 also.
I love to see people losing...it is inspiration.
Thanks everyone.
rwood68 - I started my lifestyle change on January 28, 2009 and finally hit the 100 lbs mark on October 14, 2009 - so right at 8.5 months.
It's been a journey, that's for sure. I can easily say that the development of gallstones was the worst, but that's hardly a price to pay for the progress. Now, I'm gallbladder-free and feeling great!
