The different macronutrients (protein/carb/fat) are shown in grams, as well as perecentages in your analysis.

As for the breakdown you should get, there is no set formula.
Everyone is different, depending on their personal goals. There are several different frames of mind.
I would recommend you look in the Fitness forum and you will probably get a greater idea of some of the different ratios used.
One example might be the 40/30/30. That is 40% carb, and 30% protein and 30% fat.
Again, that's just one example.

For instance, I try to keep my protein high, and my fat low.
I usually have my carbs at 50%, my protein at 30% and my fat at 20%.
Again, just an example.

This is a great article from one of several experts that about.com has on staff.
It discusses Nutrition Basics and has a lot of useful info regarding the macronutrients.

Try going to www.mypyramid.gov It has a wonderful personalized plan based on age, height, weight and physical activity. It has options for maintaining weight and for gradually losing it. It tells you how much of each food group you should be eating. I found the whole site to be very informative and helpful.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
