Counting water intake

When one adds a tea or coffee to the Food log, does this show up in the water log?

No.

If you wanted to include it as water (unless it's decaf with no additives (milk,sweetener, etc), it really shouldn't be), then you have to add it to the water log yourself

That is what I thought but the water log seems to sometimes increase without me adding.
