Am I eating the wrong amount of calories?

According to this web site and also my bathroom scale, I am supposed to consume 2,230 calories a day. I work out 6 days a week (1 to 1.5 Hours) burning an average of 550-650 calories each session. So I usually end up consuming a total of anywhere from 1,300 to 1,600 calories at the end of the day. I weigh 222 lbs and and have a short term goal to lose 22 lbs by my wedding in early December. I have been yo-yoing up and down the same 5 lbs for weeks. I also eat a completely vegetarian, organic, natural diet (no fast food or junk food) and I drink 9 glasses of water a day. The only problem that I can see is that my sodium is high....I am also already working on trying to find good healthy alternatives to prepared vegan meat substitutes which is were I get much of my protein from. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The sodium is a killer. I was struggling with about four pounds even though my calorie intake and burn was at about 1600. I looked back over the previous week's analysis and found it was higher than normal sodium. Lots of water and lower sodium for 5 days and the weight was gone. Now I'm watching my sodium and I'm back to losing.

Sodium is a killer when it comes to retaining water weight. You might also be high on carbs if you eat a lot of beans.
