Can someone please clarify something for me??
Am I supposed to have a Negative number for my net calories? I've read others posts and searched the web and from what I can understand is we should have roughly -500 net calories. OR do I have this ALL wrong lol???
I'm supposed to eat 1200 cals per day. It's hard enough to get that much when you're trying to do it healthy, fruits veggies lean meat (mostly chicken breast) doesn't add up quickly.
Plus I try to burn 300-700 calories per day. I have no idea how it starts off at 1500 calories burned?
If anyone can explain this and let me know if I have the net calorie idea right or wrong I'd really really appreciate it.
